One of my favorite things to do on a Friday or Saturday is go to a local brewery in Auburn or Grass Valley. Many of these breweries have a rotating cast of food trucks that serve lunch/dinner for a day.
Of these food trucks, there are several stand-outs that will influence which brewery I go to, if I know they are that night’s truck-in-residence. One of those standouts is West Coast Taco Bar.
They are based out of Elk Grove, California, but frequent the Placer County breweries. Their slogan is “Mexican Inspired with a Golden State of Mind” and their menu includes a selection of amazing tacos, burritos and sides.
My favorite tacos so far have been the KOREAN SEOUL TACOS and the Corn and Poblano tacos, and of course the humongous BITCHIN’ CALI Burrito!
