Find a reputable real estate agent: I am a Realtor who works in both Nevada and Placer County. I have extensive experience in my local market and have a great success in selling properties similar to yours.
- Get your house ready for sale: This may include deep cleaning including the windows inside and out, decluttering and depersonalizing the home by taking down family photos, making repairs and updates. We will work together to stage your home to make it look its best.
- Set a sale-able price: Work with me to determine a fair price for your home based on its condition, location, and comparable sales in the area. As part of my service I will create comprehensive market report for you.
- Gather all necessary paperwork: This may include your deed, property survey, property tax information, mortgage information, and any warranties or manuals for appliances or systems in your home.
- Prepare your home for showings: Make sure your home is clean and tidy for potential buyers. Turn on the lights and open all the blinds. You may also want to consider removing any pets during showings.
- Negotiate offers: Once you receive offers on your home, work with me to negotiate the best terms and price for your sale of your home.
- Closing/Recording: Together we will work with the buyer’s agent to finalize the sale of your home. This may include inspections, appraisals, and signing legal disclosures.
- Move out: Once the sale is complete, you will need to move out of your home and transfer ownership to the buyer.
- Celebrate: Selling a home can be a stressful process, so make sure to take time to celebrate your accomplishment once the process is complete!
